Jake Ferlisi attended Colorado State University where he played rugby and received his bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science. Jake was born and raised in Aspen Colorado. Growing up in such a landscape allowed Jake the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of different sporting activities. He played football throughout high school, competed as a freestyle snowboarder for 8 years, but ultimately found his passion in Rugby. Jake played Rugby throughout high school and throughout his college career. Eventually having to give up playing the sport he loved due to concussions. His time as a rugby player may be over but his time as an athlete will never fade. He has taken his expertise to the next level and will continue to inspire and improve the lives of the athletes and people around him.
Jake has made it his goal to improve the lives of all who come into his life whether that be physically, mentally, or emotionally. His passion for health and fitness dives much deeper than just “working out.” His approach is to prioritize the athlete above all else and motivate his athletes to be better than themselves is his ultimate goal. Jake knows how to improve his athlete’s physical abilities and can guide them in the right direction but it is the athlete who must take themselves to the next level. Jake strives to make sure every athlete leaves here better than the day before!
