Private training is all about the athletes needs, goals, and 1 on 1 focus.
in our 1 on 1 sessions we build a plan to focus on weak areas making them strengths while pushing to make whats already great even better. We do this by assessing athletes week to week through measurables, strength testing and more.
As an athlete training 1 on 1 you will be trained in our weight room to build the strength and power needed to improve your speed and explosiveness on the field or court.
we will spend time on the field on the technique work to increase linear speed, lateral speed, and overall change of direction to make you faster & quicker when game time rolls around.
our goal is to help you become a better overall athlete and compete at the highest level possible whether thats high school, club, or at the collegiate level.
Private Sessions are punch card style and can be used as fast or as slow as needed
Packages starting at 4 sessions up to 20 sessions
