Ironworks Performance Is Excited To Announce Rookie Camp;
These sessions are open to incoming rising 6th graders to 8th graders; boys & girls.
Rookie Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of getting strong in the weight room and fast on the field in a safe and fun environment.
This Summer, we will have three, one week long sessions available throughout the summer; each daily session is 3 hours in length where each athlete will be coached through the fundamentals of strength training and speed and agility, while building work capacity through systemic conditioning. Last but not least we will be teaching athletes to control their bodies through their range of motion with mobility training.
Strength training is a great way to teach youth athletes the value of discipline and delayed gratification while giving them the physical tools needed to succeed in their sport.
